Facilities is Here to Serve

The Facilities Department creates, maintains, and manages the physical environment of TCC by providing various services focused on sustainability and safety while creating an attractive and healthy environment for faculty, staff, students, and visitors. Our goal is to:

• Strive to use resources efficiently and responsibly.
• Comply with all controls, statutes, and regulations to be accountable to TCC stakeholders.
• Improve the process for the delivery of custodial services to meet the facility needs of TCC's programs.
• Provide safe, well-maintained, and visually pleasing campus grounds and exterior campus environment.
• Maintain a safe, energy-efficient, and clean interior environment contributing to the success of the faculty, students, staff, and visitors.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, assessment for best practices, enhanced communication both inter and intra-department, and collegiality.

Maintenance, Construction, Key services, and the Facilities Office are in the Facilities (FAC) Building # 54.
