Candice Grause, Vice President
Candice Grause is the Vice President for Communications and Chief of Staff at Tallahassee Community College, located in the capital city of Tallahassee, Florida. In her current role, she oversees the Communications and Marketing office and serves as a key member of the College’s leadership team, working closely with the president on college-wide initiatives as well as external community and government relations efforts.
Before being appointed Vice President in 2022 and Chief of Staff in 2018, she served in the Office of Communications and Marketing at TCC in consecutive and progressively responsible roles for nearly a decade. Prior to that, she worked in the private sector in insurance and risk management.
Among Grause’s awards and distinctions, she received the Rising Star Award by the National Council for Marketing & Public Relations (NCMPR), recognizing leadership as a communications professional at a two-year community or technical college.
In addition to being a TCC alum, Grause earned a Bachelor of Arts in Editing, Writing, and Media from Florida State University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Central Florida.
Amanda Clements, Director of Strategic Communications
Native Tallahasseean and graduate of Florida State University, Amanda Clements joined the Office of Communications and Marketing in 2021. As Director of Strategic Communications, she is responsible for College-wide communications, media relations, social media, and video production services. Her career has included positions at Cumulus Broadcasting, VISIT FLORIDA, United Way of the Big Bend, and Coton Colors. She is a past president of the Junior League of Tallahassee, a graduate of Leadership Tallahassee, and was named one of the 25 Women You Need to Know by Tallahassee Democrat.
At TCC, she is a member of the President’s Leadership Institute (Class 3 – Best Class Ever) and a recipient of the NISOD Excellence Award (2023). Amanda has a special place in her heart for TCC, as her parents met here.
Suzi Baugh, Director of Integrated Marketing
Suzi Baugh is a communications and marketing industry veteran with a passion for high education. A Tallahassee native, Florida State University graduate, and TCC alumni, she has worked in a variety of industries for notable international brands such as Hard Rock International, the Island of Aruba, West Gate Resorts, the Suddath Companies, and Nestle Waters. Past roles include working for the State of Florida, FSU, The Zimmerman Agency, and Sachs Media.
Joining the team in 2021, Suzi oversees the campus-wide promotion and advertising efforts to increase enrollment and awareness of the College as well as maintain brand guidelines. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and playing with her two toy fox terriers, Jolene and Quinn.
Taylor Pratt, Strategic Communications Specialist
A recent graduate of Florida State University, Taylor began her communications career working for luxury hospitality brands. She joined the Office of Communications and Marketing in 2023. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, and teaching her cat, Cali, tricks.
Ali Enriquez, Video/Multimedia Producer
Originally from South Florida, Ali moved to Tallahassee in 2016 to attend Florida State, where she earned a degree in digital media production. Ali enjoys exploring nearby hiking trails, kayaking in Wakulla, and pursuing her love of photography and videography.
Rob Hall, Communications Technology Manager
A staff member since 2007, Rob worked in Academic Affairs and Information Technology before joining the Office of Communications and Marketing in 2023. His career has included positions at WALA-TV Mobile, Florida Public Television, and WFSU-TV. Rob is a graduate of Spring Hill College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications, as well as Concordia University, where he earned a master's in Media Technology. He enjoys spending time with his family and restoring Alfa Romeos - his current project is a 1969 Alfa Spider.
Jarred Stewart, Graphic Designer
Jarred Alexander Stewart possesses an artistic gift that led him to pursue interests in graphic design, music, and other forms of creative expression. Jarred is a Tallahassee native and a proud graduate of Full Sail University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Graphic Design. Jarred has worked with many organizations, such as The Riley House Museum, FAMU, FSU, Phi Mu Alpha Music Fraternity, Reach One Youth Organization, EDGE Academy Christian School, Raa Middle School, and many more. In his free time, Jarred enjoys cooking, exercising, and enjoying his family and close friends.
Calvin Cheung, Graphic Designer
Calvin is an alum of Santa Fe College and recently earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Digital Arts and Science from the University of Florida. Passionate about art and technology, he is always on the lookout to improve his skills for his craft. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, repairing electronics, and spending quality time with his pets.
Caitlin Bradbury, Digital Communications Specialist
Caitlin, a Tallahassee native, is a graduate of TCC and FSU. She has worked at TCC since 2018, when she joined the Library team, before joining the Marketing and Communications team in 2021. In her free time, she volunteers at the Tallahassee Museum.
Isabella Rios, Marketing Assistant
Bella originally joined the Office of Communications and Marketing as an extern during her senior year of high school. On campus, she is a part of Aspire Honors and Student Government Association. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones, and supporting local businesses.
