Vendor Relations

Vendor Relationships

Information Technology at Tallahassee Community College (TCC) values the relationships that it has with its vendors.  Through the use of vendor supplied products and services, Information Technology (IT) is able to support the wide range of technology needs at the College.  We so value our vendor relationships that we have created two initiatives aimed specifically at maintaining and supporting existing relationships as well as cultivating new ones.

Request for Meetings with the Vice President for Information Technology

Due to limitations on time, it is not possible for the Vice President for Information Technology (VP for IT) at TCC to respond to unsolicited face-to-face visits, email messages or telephone calls, or to accept unsolicited requests for meetings. However, the VP for IT does recognize that there is a desire for the vendor community to share information about products and services with the VP for IT and with the College.  And, it is sometimes the case that we learn of an interesting new product or service that could be of value to the College through these initial conversations about unsolicited products or services.

To help the IT discover new technology related products and services that may be of interest to the College, the VP for IT will make two (2) half days each month available for meetings with new vendors, or with existing vendors who have new products and services to share. Meetings will be no more than 25 minutes in length and can be face-to-face, conference call, or webinar.  All meeting requests must be made via the web page below; We will not accept any meeting requests that are made in person or that are sent by email, phone, fax or postal service.  Meetings are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from the Assistant to the Vice President for Information Technology.

All meeting requests must be made via this web form
