The Office of Institutional Effectiveness conducts the following functions related to institutional research:
- Compile and issues mandatory government statistics reports, including IPEDS and FCS reports
- Has primary responsibility for the official benchmark reports for the college
- Compiles responses to college-wide requests for information and reports
- Develops methods to ensure consistent application and use of analytics
- Works with data stewards to define official college data definitions and standardized metrics calculations
- Builds self-service reports from data warehouse
- Produces reports for Workday
- Performs ad hoc analysis as needed
