The Wakulla Environmental Institute at Tallahassee Community College has received a $420,000 grant from the National Institute for Food and Agriculture as part of a $4.7 million investment in Agricultural Workforce Training at Community Colleges (AWT). Fla. – The U.S. Department of Education (USDOE) has recognized Tallahassee Community College as the community college with the highest transfer-out rate for Title IV students in the state of Florida in a newly released study. The state-by-state data highlighted two- and four-year institutions’ transfer students’ success and the most productive transfer partnerships between those institutions in the country. Tallahassee Community College is pleased to announce the addition of five new associate in science (A.S.) degree programs: A.S. in Accounting Technology, A.S. in Cybersecurity Operations, A.S. in Medical Office Administration, Supply Chain Management, A.S. in Unmanned Vehicle Systems.
