TCC Brain Bowl wins NAQT Community College Championship

February 27, 2023

The Tallahassee Community College Brain Bowl team won the 2023 National Academic Quiz Tournaments (NAQT) Community College Quiz Bowl Championship. This is the first national title in TCC’s program history. TCC’s Brain Bowl team members are Britain Godwin (captain), Louis Seybold, Grace Toole Duncan, Alejandro Valdivia, Elizabeth Kemp, and Ryan Carmichael. Read More

TCC Announces Cherry Hall Alexander African American History Calendar Honorees

Tallahassee Community College is proud to announce the honorees for the 23rd Cherry Hall Alexander African American History Calendar. Sharisse Turner Elected to NOSS Executive Board

Sharisse Turner, Dean of Transitional Studies at Tallahassee Community College, has been elected Vice President of the National Organization for Student Success (NOSS). She will begin her two-year term at the NOSS national conference in March in Nashville. Turner has been involved with the organization for more than 30 years.
