Media Lab

The Student Media Lab, located in Room 152b of The Learning Commons, is available for students to create multimedia projects related to course assignments. The area is equipped with eight Windows computers and two iMac computers. Visit the Media Lab to practice class projects and presentations, or digital recordings and files for class assignments. Students may use the portable check out equipment to make digital audio files that can be uploaded to Blackboard. Help is available on a walk in basis or by appointment. Media Equipment

• Olympus and Sony portable digital audio recorders. These may be checked out for a 48 hour period. A valid TCC student ID is required for checkout.
• Headphones available for checkout for academic purpose. A valid TCC student ID is required for checkout.
• 1 photo scanner: To help place images on the computer.
