Frequent Questions and Answers


  1. What do I need to bring?

    "A good attitude goes a long way." You will need to have either your TCC ID or know your TCC ID Number to log in at the reception desk. Bring your notes from class, paper, something to write with and your course textbook if it is not on the in-house resource list.

  2. Do I have to make an appointment?

    No, course materials are available anytime the Learning Commons is open. Math help is available at all times, however please check the page note on your course page for Science and Accounting tutor availability.

  3. Is there anything that you will not help me with?

    We can not help you with take home tests or quizzes, but we are glad to help with similar examples from the textbook. We will not assist with any problem for which we cannot identify the source, but will gladly help you work through a similar problem that you find in the textbook.
