Classroom Instruction
Many humanities instructors use multimedia instruction in the classroom to incorporate current themes and trends that aid in establishing the relevancy of Humanities, Literature, or Philosophy to today's student. During a class session, an instructor may choose to use photo images, video games, Hollywood movie clips, or current reviews and commentary from a web site to teach the lesson of the day. Overall, the use of multimedia presentations in the classroom helps to trigger student interest and meet the needs and skill level of each individual class.
