Division of Healthcare Professions

Welcome to Tallahassee Community College's Division of Healthcare Professions! We invite you to take a few minutes to learn more about the division, and explore the healthcare training opportunities TCC has to offer. TCC's Division of Healthcare Professions offers programs that prepare students for high demand careers in the following areas: Dental Assisting, Dental Hygiene, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Emergency Medical Services Technology, Nursing (R.N.), Radiologic Technology and Respiratory Care. The programs except for the dental programs are offered at the Ghazvini Center for Healthcare Education.  The dental programs are offered at the main campus.

The division's full-time and adjunct faculty provide excellent teaching in classroom and laboratory settings, as well as the College's Simulation Center located at Ghazvini Center for Healthcare Education. Students also receive valuable training through hands-on experience at area clinical sites. Our faculty and staff are committed to equipping students with the knowledge needed to be a skilled professional in today's workforce.

TCC's Center for Workforce Development also provides health program training in Nursing Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, Homemaker Health Companion, Medical Administrative Specialist, Medical Billing and Coding, National Health Record Specialist and other areas.
