The application is very simple and only asks for your student ID#, semester (which is Fall) and the program (which is Dental Hygiene).  Then you hit OK and the application is submitted.  All transcripts must be in the TCC Office of Enrollment Services by the deadline date.  Please check your TCC transcript to make sure all your courses are noted on your transcript.

Notification, via your TCC email, regarding admission decisions will be sent out approximately six weeks after the deadline date.
