Facilities Planning and Construction

At the main campus, there are 50 buildings with over 1,256,270 gross square feet. The main campus consists of 252 acres.

In 1999, the Legislature transferred to the College the Pat Thomas Law Enforcement Academy. The Academy is located four miles east of Quincy, Florida, with a total of 14 buildings with approximately 225,525 gross square feet and 1,264 acres.

In 2004 TCC acquired and constructed the Downtown Center/Brogan Museum consisting of approximately 46,500 gross square feet.

In 2004 TCC also acquired the Quincy House, located in Gadsden County. This facility consists of approximately 3,000 gross square feet.

The Wakulla Business Center was acquired and construction was completed in October of 2005. This center is located in Crawfordville with approximately 3,400 gross square feet.
