Shelton State evens series with TCC
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (February 14, 2010) - Shelton State (Ala.) Community College evened its three-game series with FCCAA No. 5 Tallahassee Community College at one game apiece, winning Sunday's afternoon contest, 11-4, at Eagle Field.
Matt Garlock took the loss for TCC, who fell to 5-2 with the loss.
Marcus Grimaldi led the Eagles with a 3-for-5 outing at the plate. Thomas Troelstrup added two hits, including a solo home run. Aaron Kicklighter also had a two-run double.
The teams will play the rubber match of their three-game series at 3 p.m. Monday.
