Welcome to Tallahassee Community College's Center for Teaching, Learning, and Leadership. We proudly opened our doors in August 2004 with a mission to encourage and facilitate faculty endeavors in the art, science and scholarship of teaching in order to optimize student learning. The programs we offer are designed to promote excellence in teaching, learning and leadership through collaboration, professional enrichment opportunities, and dedicated resources. The Center serves all employees interested in these areas individually and through a variety of formal programs.

FORCE: Faculty Online Resource Center for Excellence

The Center is proud to unveil FORCE: Faculty Online Resource Center for Excellence. FORCE provides faculty members with all the information they need to be successful at TCC. Faculty will identify where to find information on TCC policies and procedures, discover where to find TCC resources to enhance teaching and learning, understand how to use TCC's electronic systems (e-mail, Blackboard, Eaglenet and Portal), learn how to implement best practices in the classroom, and much more.

Around the Classroom

The Center's Around the Classroom newsletter is published weekly. It focuses on faculty and staff achievements, along with new research on teaching strategies in the classroom. It also contains news and events that are occurring in and around campus, and supporting resources for faculty in the areas of technology, books, and practices.
