Marquee Request

Tallahassee Community College utilizes a total of six marquees to communicate college and community messages - three on the main campus and three at the following Super-Lube locations:

  • North Monroe Street and Fred George Road
  • Apalachee Parkway and Paul Russell Road
  • Thomasville Road and Glenview Drive 

The marquees are used to promote TCC events and deadlines, as well as community announcements throughout Tallahassee and the College’s tri-county service district. 

  • College announcements receive priority.
  • Messages do not always run on all six signs.
  • Community events must be affiliated with non-profits or not-for-profits.
  • Generally, messages are displayed beginning two weeks prior to the event.

If you would like to submit an event request for our marquees, please complete the online form below. To maximize the use of our marquees, we recommend your request be sent a minimum of two weeks  in advance of the event.

Requests will be processed in the order received. A member of the Communications & Public Information staff will follow up with you within two business days to confirm receipt of your request.

Sample messages include:

  1. Spring 2012 Tuition & Fees Due Dec. 11
  2. Welcome FCSAA Forensics Teams
  3. Theatre TCC! Presents Zombie Prom Oct. 11-13, 18-20, 644-4500
  4. Tallahassee Museum Halloween Howl Oct. 20-24 8 pm, 201-6200

The marquees will not be used for: 

  • Personal notices (i.e., Happy Birthday)
  • Advertising job vacancies
  • Soliciting donations and/or sales
  • Internal messages to students, faculty and staff (i.e., reminder to faculty to turn in grades, reminder to math class about a review)
