- ezPublish 4.3 (pdf 447.19 kB) : A resource for content managers on the ezPublish 4.3 upgrade.
- Google Analytics Guide: An online tool that provides usage statistics for the TCC Web site. To use this tool, contact the Office of Communications & Public Information at (850) 201-6049.
- Quick Reference Guide (pdf 39.66 kB) : A short, two-page cheat sheet on how to perform basic functions of web content management, such as logging on, adding links, attachments, and images, and working with the Media Library.
- New E-Z Publish Features (pdf 1.86 MB) : New features created for the TCC Workforce Development site. Content Managers should check with the Communications Office to see if these features are available for use on the their TCC site pages.
- Meta Tags (pdf 35.47 kB) : Information that is not visible to users on a website, but is loaded into areas of a web page to be found by Search Engines and help them rank the site in results. Use Meta Tags to increase the traffic on your page!
- Anchor Links Guide (msword 20.50 kB) : A brief step-by-step guide on how to create anchor links on your pages. Anchor links allow you to place hyperlinks at the top of your page that will take the user to a specific place lower on the page.
- Blogging on the TCC web site (octet-stream 48.88 kB) : A brief step-by-step guide on how to create blog entries on the TCC Web site. Note that you should already have a Weblog set up before you begin posting blog entries.
- Embedding Videos Guide (pdf 70.79 kB) : A step-by-step guide on how to embed Real Player videos on your site pages.
- Adding Banners Guide (pdf 130.95 kB) : A step-by-step guide to adding banners to specific pages.
- Student Bloggers Guide: A step-by-step guide on how to create student blogger user accounts to give them permission to edit their weblog.
- Web Guidelines (pdf 454.96 kB) : Provided by the Communications Office, these guidelines are for the purpose of helping TCC departments create, maintain, and display their Web content. These guidelines are intended as a reference for the look and feel, content quality, and technical aspects of Web pages representing Tallahassee Community College. These guidelines are not intended to apply to unofficial TCC sites, such as student, faculty, or organizational Web sites not managed by the Content Management System.
