Blood Donors Rule at TCC

TCC Students Travel to Haiti for Service Project

The fledgling Rotaract Club of Tallahassee has already hit the ground running with its first service project since forming less than a year ago. The group, which partners with Rotary Clubs to raise money for various programs, consists of students from Tallahassee Community College, Florida State University and Florida A&M University - five of whom are on their way to Haiti to work with Project Medishare.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Community College Week has released its annual Top 100 analysis, a report examining degrees and certificates awarded at the nation's community colleges. The report, whose numbers are based on the 2005-06 academic year, ranked Tallahassee Community College 19th among two-year institutions in the total number of associate degrees awarded.

Annual trip to Taiwan a success

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.- Tallahassee Community College's presence was felt halfway around the world during the month of July when six teachers, including Flagler College-TCC's Michael Pierce, Ed.S., and Janis Inzer, TCC Educator Preparation Institute Field Supervisor, traveled to San Hsin High School of Commerce and Home Economics in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
