Pride
Pride is a campus student organization which strives to achieve equality and tolerance among TCC students of all sexual orientations and persuasions. This organization also seeks to promote safe sex for all students, as well as to provide emotional support for all Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender students.
We participate in many college-wide events throughout the year and host a few of our own. Many have included helping SGA whenever they needed extra bodies for set-up or break down for any event Pride was there(making sure things are well decorated and run smoothly, of coarse). We also work closely with many campus organizations and hope to have a good line of communication between the other colleges. We want to bridge the gap between the LGBT community and the heterosexual community on this campus and spread awareness.
