Enrollment Services Forms

Transcripts

Students may request that their official TCC transcripts to be sent to any Florida college or university on EagleNet or by completing the Transcript Request Form (pdf 90.82 kB) . This form may be either faxed to the number or mailed to address listed on the form.

Non-Degree Students

Students who are not seeking a degree but wish to take classes at Tallahassee Community College may apply as non-degree students. Please submit the Application for Admission, the Request to Register for Courses as a Non-degree Student Form (pdf 321.08 kB) , and an unofficial transcript that reflects any necessary prerequisites. Please note that the non-degree form will be required each semester that you want to take classes at TCC.
