Enrollment Verification

Tallahassee Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree and enrollment verification. National Student Clearinghouse may be contacted at:

Students who must verify enrollment (for lenders or insurance companies, etc.) must meet the following qualifications:

  1. Verification of enrollment for any term will be certified only after the fifth day of classes in that term in order to allow students the opportunity to drop or add courses.
  2. In order to be considered a full-time TCC student, 12 semester hours is the minimum for Fall and Spring terms, Summer A and B require 6 semester hours minimum and Summer C requires 9 semester hours.
  3. Certification is calculated the date the form is completed. If the student has withdrawn from courses in the current term prior to the verification request those courses will not be included in the total enrollment hours reported.
