Transcripts
Students may request their official TCC transcripts online via the TCC Passport to be sent to their address, any college or university, or any other agency. Students without a log in to TCC Passport may request their official transcripts by completing the transcript request form (pdf 110.69 kB) . This form may be either faxed or mailed to the number/address listed on the form and a copy of the student's valid photo identification must be included with the signed request. Please note that TCC does not currently charge a fee for official transcripts. Please contact Enrollment Services at 850-201-8555 for additional assistance.
