State-of-the-Art Event Space

Tallahassee Community College’s downtown service center offers an assortment of activities and programs, including community and continuing education courses, business suites and event space. Our state-of-the-art conference and event facilities are ideal for seminars, training, banquets and trade shows.

Board Room

Our board room provides the environment to conduct professional presentations or company meetings. Video and phone conferencing is available. ​


Meeting Rooms

Our specially-designed meeting rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art presentation technology. Can be set up as a hollow square, U-shape or theater-style seating.


​Banquet/Reception Style  

This spacious room provides the perfect setting for a wide range of events, from guest speaker presentations to classroom lectures provided to a large group. This style is perfect for business luncheons and workshops.


Classroom/Training Rooms

Our training rooms are equipped with everything you need to deliver a professional presentation. We include an LCD projector, podium with microphone, Internet access and a computer.​

 Meeting Package


The Complete Meeting Package is an all-inclusive package that includes all basic services required to make your meeting a success.

Complete Meeting Package Per Person Rate:
First Day - $39
Each consecutive day - $36

This package includes the following features:

  • Meeting room set up to your group’s specifications. The total number of participants will determine the number of breakout rooms needed.
  • Three refreshment breaks during registration, mid-morning break and afternoon break, to include beverages and refreshments.
  • Lunch - participants choose any item up to $12.95 from one of our luncheon menus.
  • Projection Screen
  • LCD Projector with Remote Control
  • TV/VCR and DVD Combo
  • Dry Erase Board and Markers
  • Table Top Lectern
  • Flip Chart and Markers
