TCC Fine Art Gallery announces next exhibit

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (February 18, 2013) – Tallahassee Community College’s Fine Art Gallery will debut the Linda Hall Exhibit, “Holy Remnants,” on Thursday, February 21.
“Holy Remnants” features the latest body of mixed media sculptures and watercolor paintings by Hall.
“The exhibit is about the delicate yet powerful connection we, as a species, have to the natural world,” said Hall.
Hall, an artist and educator, lives in Tallahassee. Her watercolors and sculptures have been shown regionally and nationally; her paintings have also been included in the southern version of New American Painting.
To celebrate the opening of the exhibit, the TCC Fine Art Gallery will honor the artist during a public reception on Thursday, February 21 from 6:30-8 p.m.
The exhibit will be on display at TCC through March 28.
The Fine Art Gallery is open from noon to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the exception of Monday, March 11 through Friday, March 15 when the College will be closed for Spring Break.
Admission is free. The Fine Art Gallery is located in the Fine & Performing Arts Center at Tallahassee Community College.
