The Office of Communications and Marketing operates as the College's full-service integrated marketing communications agency. TCC faculty and staff turn to our office for strategic marketing and communications planning and execution. We help share TCC's story with the following:
We develop and distribute news releases, feature stories, set up press conferences, and work very hard to be a reliable go-to for our media contacts.
We have fun interacting with our students on TCC topics while also making strategic use of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google Plus and more.
We research mediums and locations, develop the message, design the look and place the ads, all to maximize target audience visibility.
From concept to completion, we help write, edit and design all of TCC's publications that are distributed to prospective students and large stakeholder groups.
Through Channel 22, we tell TCC's stories with vivid video that is available online and through Comcast Television.
Al Moran, Vice President
Al came to TCC in 2014 from Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland, Ohio, where he
served as vice president for marketing and communications from 2008 to 2013.
Previously Al was the vice president of college relations (1997 to 2008) and
director of college relations (1990 to 1997) at Oberlin College in Oberlin,
has also served as chair of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) 2013
Conference for Community College Advancement and is a member of the CASE Center
for Community College Advancement Advisory Committee, a 12-member national
group appointed to three-year terms. As vice president of communications and marketing,
Al leads the TCC Office of Communications and Marketing to promote
the College’s brand through media relations, social media, advertising,
publications and multimedia.
Alice Maxwell, Director
Alice joined the TCC family as director of Communications and Marketing in 2004. Throughout her time at TCC she has worked alongside the Communications Team to deliver creative and strategic marketing services to attract and retain TCC students. She leads her team to share the good stories of the College's impact through their branding and promotional efforts. Alice has a bachelor's degree in communications from Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas, and a master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri.

Carmy Greenwood, Communications Editor
Carmy became a part of the Communications and Marketing team in 2009. She plans and develops copy for a wide variety of marketing and public information products, from news releases to commercials. She also coordinates the development of annual publications such as the academic catalog, handbook, report to the community and Gadsden report. Carmy holds a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Florida and a master's degree in humanities from Florida State University.

Skip Greenfield, Publications Coordinator
Skip Greenfield joined the Office of Communications and Marketing in 2001. He had worked in the printing industry for over 15 years before coming to TCC. He currently focuses on communications design work for advertising and college publications, and manages the publications team. Skip holds a bachelor's degree in English and business from Florida State University.

Alycia joined the Office of Communications and Marketing in 2007. Alycia hold's a bachelor's degree in Studio Art from Florida State University and an associate degree in Graphic Design from TCC.

Candice Grause, Market Research and Digital Communications Specialist
Candice has been with the Office of Communications and Marketing since 2010 when she was first hired as an intern. In her current role, she manages the College's strategy for social and digital media communications. She also assists in marketing campaign research, conceptualization and execution. She holds an Associate of Arts Degree from Tallahassee Community College and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Florida State University.

Katie Williams, Communications Specialist
Katie joined the Office of Communications and Marketing in 2014 after graduating from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in English and Information Technology. Her experience with news, editing, project management and public relations helps her tackle everything from marketing materials to publication content to social media. In addition, she also assists in conducting market research and analysis.

Justin Adams, Communications Specialist
Justin joined the Communications and Marketing team in 2014 after working at TCC for three years as an adjunct professor and assistant coach of the TCC Forensics Team. He creates and edits content for news releases, Web pages, and other projects. In addition, Justin compiles and edits all news clippings related to the College. Justin holds a master's degree in Integrated Marketing and Management Communication from Florida State University, and a bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Arizona State University.

Rachel Palmer, Producer, Editor and Project Manager,TCC 22
A graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design, Rachel holds a BFA in Film and Video. Since joining TCC22 in 2012, she has enthusiastically begun reaching out to students and telling the stories of TCC in creative, visual ways. Her love for order and open communication proves useful in managing the many programs and productions TCC22 produces.

Elizabeth Jones, Office Coordinator
Grant graduated from the New England Institute
of Art with a bachelor's degree in digital media production. His keen eye
for video strengthens every TCC22 production. His editing skills are essential
to the channel, communications department, and the college as a whole.
