Strategic Planning Process

TCC engages the Greater Tallahassee community as it begins the process of developing its new strategic plan.

This fall, the College will embark on a new strategic planning process. In addition to engaging TCC's District Board of Trustees, faculty, staff and students in the planning process, TCC seeks the participation and guidance of community, civic, business and governmental leaders and the citizenry of the Big Bend Region. Building off of the successful implementation of the previous strategic plan, the new planning process will consider the vision and priorities from other local, state and national organizations in order to develop an aligned strategy for the College.

There are numerous ways that you can get involved in the planning process and share your ideas for the future of the College and its role in supporting the shared vision for our region. We encourage your engagement as we determine the strategic direction and priorities for TCC.

Get involved and share your ideas for TCC with us.
