TCC's Criminal Justice Technology Program is interdisciplinary in nature, drawing upon many different fields of study including, but not limited to, law, sociology, psychology, political science, history, biology, medicine economics and management. The program focuses both on the theoretical and the practical aspects of criminal justice, with the emphasis on the practical. All faculty members have extensive real world experience in the subject matter they teach and a minimum of a master's degree in that field.
This A.S. degree in Criminal Justice Technology is designed for those who wish to transfer to the Public Administration B.S. degree program at Barry University. The curriculum includes both general education courses and introductory courses in law enforcement, corrections, administration, and ethics.
