Office Specialist Certificate (6335)
Students who earn the Office Specialist certificate learn customer service skills, office procedures, records management, and document processing. Students will review the fundamental mathematical processes commonly found in a business environment. This certificate prepares students to take the Microsoft Office Specialist Certification Exam in MS Word 2010.
TCC offers a series of certificate programs that build to an Associate in Science degree in Office Administration. Students may begin with any of the certificates, or enter immediately into the degree program. Each certificate or degree will provide students with the skills and credentials to move into the job market or advance to the next academic level.
