Public Nominations






The Tallahassee Community College Women’s History Month committee accepts nominations of special women who have lived for at least two years in Leon, Wakulla, or Gadsden counties.  The 2016 theme is "Working to Form a More Perfect Union: Honoring Women in Public Service and Government." Nominees should have achieved significant success in areas related to this year’s theme, women’s issues, transforming culture or society, history or politics, or as educators, leaders, writers, scientists, or others. A committee will screen the nominations.

The Honoree ceremony will be held on March 30, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at TCC's Ghazvini Center for Healthcare Education. The address is 1528 Surgeons Drive Tallahassee, FL 32308.​
