Courses Offered

The Developmental Communications and College Success Program provides opportunities for students to improve their performance in the college-entry skills of English and writing and reading. Any student who scores below the state-adopted minimum college placement test score in any of the three skill areas must register for the developmental writing or reading courses.

College Success courses provide students with instruction and strategies to support success in the classroom.  The courses also help students develop life management and leadership skills and provide students with tools for career planning. Students placing in two or more developmental courses must enroll in SLS1510. Students who place in ENC0015 or REA0007 are required to enroll in SLS0003 before enrolling in SLS1510.
