​Developmental Mathematics


The mission of the Division of Developmental Mathematics at Tallahassee Community College is to provide students the opportunity to develop foundational skills necessary to be successful in a college-level curriculum that will enable them to achieve their educational goals and to pursue life-long learning.

The Division of Developmental Mathematics at Tallahassee Community College provides students the opportunity to succeed in college mathematics using thorough diagnostics and proper placement. The department offers a variety of instructional options including computer-based, lecture-based, compressed, and on-line classes. These opportunities allow students to move through the program in a manner which bests suits their individual needs.
