Practical DUI Case Preparation and Testimony

This interactive course will give the student the confidence to handle DUI testimony through practical application of legal processes. The student will receive instruction and practice opportunities on writing probable causes for DUI arrests, and on being deposed by defense as well as testifying at trail. State Attorney's will be conducting portions of the class, and students will be critiqued on their presentations. Their testimony in our courtroom will be taped for review in class.
