 Step 3

Accessing your courses

Accessing your Courses (.pdf) will assist you in getting started with the course that you have selected. Please follow the directions on the link.

If you are having trouble accessing your FPSI online courses it may be due to one of the following:

  1. Has it been one business day or more since you registered for the FPSI course(s)?
If you have registered for the course and it was before 4pm (EST), you may be able to access courses after 7pm. If you registered for the course after 4pm (EST), you will have to wait until after 7am (EST) the next day.
  2. Have you lost your TCC e-mail address, e-mail password, student ID, or Eaglenet password (also known as PIN)? We will be happy to look up any of this information for you. Please call toll free (866) 605-7274 or (850) 201-8545.

 Your Certificate

After completing the course, you may generate a certificate. This certificate is important since you will need to print it out and then provide it to your training section. Please place it in a safe place to retrieve it at a later time, if needed. Once the course is over with, you will not be able to receive a certificate or generate a certificate.

Students must attain at least a 80% passing rate on all quizzes and tests related to an online course in order to receive a passing grade (S = Satisfactory) for a course. The definition of a passing percentage rate for a quiz or test is based on the total number quiz or test questions.  For example, if a quiz or test has 17 questions and a student successfully answers 14 questions correct their score = 82% (14/17)

At the end of the course, you are able to print your certificate as long as you complete the course quizzes, course test, and fulfill all the requirements for the course.
