Database Concepts

Emphasis will be placed on the concept of information as a corporate resource and the importance of managing this resource. Topics covered include a comparison of databases with traditional file systems, related database concepts, introduction to structured query language (SQL), database design using entity relationship models and database normalization.

One-on-one thirty-minute database assistance conferences are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check current schedule for availability.
