Division of Technology and Professional Programs

"Learn it today, use it tomorrow!"

The mission of Technology and Professional Programs is to instill in students the confidence to achieve their personal and professional goals through a strong commitment to higher education, the workforce, and our community. TPP offers a wide variety of college credit courses and programs designed to help students attain their career goals.

Education Leading to Specific Careers

TPP students gain skills and knowledge needed in the workplace.  Emphasis is placed on developing persons who not only have the necessary skills, but who also know how to assume responsibility, take initiative, exercise good judgment, work well with others, organize work satisfactorily, and develop flexibility for a continually changing work environment.

Qualified Faculty

In order to deliver the needed coursework for you to become a career professional, TPP has the best faculty in their discipline. The combination of real world work experience and outstanding academic credentials provides you with faculty whose courses are relevant and challenging.

Convenient Times, Varied Delivery Formats

Students have the opportunity to select from several course delivery options.  These options include traditional in-class sessions, accelerated "express" terms, and online and hybrid courses.

Short and Longer Term Degree and Certificate Options

TPP offers certificate programs, which may be completed within one year, and  two year Associate in Science degrees.  All TPP certificates articulate into AS degrees, providing students with the option to exit after certificate completion, or continue for additional education and skill development.
