Proof of Completion

Courses completed by 10 p.m. on Wednesday will have grades available no later than the following Monday at 8 a.m.(excluding holidays).

To obtain a transcript for the course(s) that you have completed, please follow the directions below or click on the link below to download instructions

Please note that APD's quality assurance reviewers (Delmarva) will accept either unofficial or official transcripts as proof of completion

Explanation of Grades

Your grades are displayed in the "GRD" column on your transcript. You can have three possible grades displayed:

  • S - means you have satisfactorily completed the course.
  • U - means you did not successfully complete the course.
  • In Progress - please check back in a few days to see if the transcript has been updated.

Accessing your Unofficial Transcript

  1. Follow this link to Eaglenet. A new window will open in your browser so that you can still refer back to this page.
  2. Enter your E-mail Address, and Password. If you do not know E-mail Address, and/or Password, call the Help Desk at (850) 201-8548 or toll free at (866) 605-7274, or click here.
  3. Under the Quick Links, click on the "View Transcripts."
  4. Click the "Print" button to print your unofficial transcript.
  5. Below you will find an explanation of your grades on your unofficial transcript.

Requesting Official Transcripts 

  1. Follow this link to TCC’s Registrar page. A new window will open in your browser so that you can still refer back to this page.    
  2. Click on Transcript Request on the right side of the page.    
  3. Click on the TranscriptsPlus® icon.    
  4. Please read through the information provided as it will explain the various ordering options available. Click the Start My Order button to the top-right of the page when you are ready to begin your order.
Note: Students will need to have their Student ID numbers to submit an Official Transcript request. If you do not know your student ID number, you may find it on your Eaglenet account. You may also call the Help Desk at (850) 201-8540 or toll free at (866) 605-7274, or click here.
