Register & Pay for Courses

If you have not already applied to the college, please visit Apply to the College for instructions on how to do so.

In order to register for TCC's APD courses, you must have the E-mail Address you applied with and the Password you created. If you have lost or forgotten yours, please call (850) 201-8548 or toll free (866) 605-7274 to retrieve it, or click here.

Once you have the E-mail Address you applied with and the Password you created, you are ready to register for TCC's APD courses. Please download or follow the directions below:

 Step 1

 

​Log on to Eaglenet

  1. If you aren't already on Eaglenet, follow this link to Eaglenet. A new window will open in your browser so that you can still refer back to this page.
  2. Under "Student Access," enter your E-mail Address and TCC Password.

 Step 2

 

​Search and Register for Courses

  1. Click "Search for Open Courses/Change my schedule" on the left.
  2. Select the term you wish to attend and click "Select Term."
  3. In the boxes titled Course ID/Number enter one or all of the following acronyms:
    1. HAS (for Health & Safety)
    2. DDC (for Developmental Disabilities)
    3. ZTC (for Zero Tolerance) 
    4. HIV (for HIV/Bloodborne Pathogens)
    5. HIM (for Healthcare Information Management)
  4. Enter one course per box. You may enter all three  APD courses in the boxes if you wish to take more than one course in a semester.
  5. Click "Search Now."
  6. The course you searched for will appear. You can view course detail by selecting the magnifying glass icon. To add a course to your shopping cart, select the six-digit course reference number in the left button.
  7. If you are satisfied with the course you selected, select "Register Now." If you do not wish to register for the course you selected, select "Cancel Add." If you cancel, return to step 6.
 

 Step 3

 

​Pay for your Course(s)

  1. After clicking the "Register Now" button, you'll get a "Payment Due Date is blank" message. This is normal.
  2. Click the “Pay Your Fees” to pay for your course.
  3. Please review our refund policy before continuing.
  4. Click on the "Select All" button.
  5. Then click on the "Enter Credit Card Details."
  6. Enter your credit card information in the appropriate fields and click the "Submit Payment" button.

Once you have finished with payment, please select "Log off" at the top of the page. Individuals that register for courses before 4 PM will be able to begin their courses by 6 PM of the same day. Individuals that register for courses after 6 PM and before 6 AM will be able to begin their courses by 8 AM. 3 business days if submitting payment by US Mail.

 

 Refund Policy

 

​Any student who signs into the TCC BlackBoard® system for an APD course will not be eligible for a refund. In order to be eligible for a course refund, an individual or third party who paid the tuition on behalf of the individual/student must provide a written request (fax or e-mail is acceptable).

The request must:
• identify the student's complete name;
• E-mail address used for registration;
• course associated with the refund; and
• brief explanation.


Please note all refunds are issued in the student’s name, even when a third party has paid the tuition. For more information please contact apd@tcc.fl.edu.

Individuals that register for courses before 4 p.m. will be able to begin their courses by 6 p.m. of the same day. Individuals that register for courses after 6 p.m. and before 6 a.m. will be able to begin their courses by 8 a.m.
