TCC’s Division of Workforce Development – The Leadership Academy of North Florida promotes the development and training of existing and emerging leaders in education, public, private and non-profit organizations. Through its tailored programs and services, the Academy is committed to identifying and nurturing the next generation of North Florida leaders.
Our Leadership Academy is integrally linked to the Division’s Corporate Solutions. Corporate Solutions provides business solutions to increase profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Whereas the Leadership Academy of North Florida addresses the needs of developing leaders, Corporate Solutions addresses the needs of the organization through the use of a variety of solutions including job profiling, pre-hire candidate testing, customized training, 360 management analyses, customer satisfaction surveys, organizational analysis, employee perception surveys, process improvement, performance consulting , and coaching. The Leadership Academy’s primary mission is to improve leadership skills, behaviors and competencies that lead to better and more decisive decision making through training. The Leadership Academy offers a robust menu of leadership programs that range from a one-day event to a 12-month program. Our leadership training is designed to meet the needs of individuals who are at different stages in their leadership development.
