Tallahassee Community College (TCC) is committed to supporting and growing our economy! The College provides a number of services to assist existing, expanding and new business start-ups.


  1. Skills Training
    TCC currently offers both short-term and long-term skills training in the following areas:
    • Manufacturing
      TCC's Advanced Manufacturing Training Center (AMTC) provides industry with a one stop center focusing on customized manufacturing training,
    • Soft Skills Training
      TCC's Professional Development Program meets the needs of the business professional.
  2. Customized Training
    Corporate Solutions' training program is dedicated to providing superior, customized training designed to help your employees perform at optimum levels.   

Internship Opportunities

  • The Internship Program’s mission is to provide TCC students of all disciplines with tangible work experience that complements the classroom, creating better prepared candidates for the workplace

Organizational Development

Corporate Solutions employs human performance improvement in our organizational analysis. Human performance improvement is a systemic approach to improving performance using performance analysis, cause analysis, and intervention selection to improve both productivity and competencies of employees. Human performance technologists take on consulting roles and help their clients identify barriers that hamper performance, select interventions to remove those barriers, and create measurable goals in determining the success of the desired performance. It is a systemic, results based approach towards improving the performance or work results of people.

Grant Sources for Employers to Offset Cost of Training

  1. Incumbent Worker Training (IWT) GrantsThe Incumbent Worker Training (IWT) grants provide funding for training to existing for-profit businesses.
  2. FlexFlorida Training Grants
    FlexFlorida grants, administered by CareerSource Florida, provide funding for customized training to new or expanding businesses.

Business Suites, Conferences and Events – Capitol Center

The Capitol Center offers business suites, meeting rooms, exhibit space and classrooms are sure to meet the needs of any organization, and all directly across the street from the Florida Capitol.

Incubation Space

TCC's Advanced Manufacturing Training Center (AMTC) houses two incubator spaces geared toward supporting the growth of upstart manufacturing companies.  In addition, the AMTC offers conference and meeting areas, unique manufacturing training to develop a growing workforce and support from staff that understand the manufacturing sector.

Other Services

Corporate Solutions provides confidential and accurate employee and customer satisfaction surveys (ECSS). Our process allows employees or customers to feel comfortable in responding openly and honestly to give you the most accurate and actionable information possible.
