20-44 Personal Lines Agent Pre-Licensing 

OLT0158 This 60-hour online-only course is designed to prepare a student to become a Personal Lines Agent without the loss of production income and time. Work at your own pace with your instructor available via e-mail. Upon successful completion of this course, you will be eligible to sit for the state examination. This course is designed and taught to comply with the State requirements for Personal Lines Agents State examination. Topics covered include: Property and Liability Insurance Concepts, Personal Inland Marine Insurance, General Liability, State Law and much more. The Final Exam is given online.
 
The State says you must have successfully completed an insurance course of a minimum of 60 hours approved by the Department covering property, casualty, and inland marine insurance. [Requires State Examination]
F.A.C. rule 69B-227.260, Study Manuals are required for all attendees of a pre-licensing course.

02-20 Property/Casualty General Lines Agent Course

OLT0157 This 200-hour online-only course prepares students to take the state examination, providing detailed information on types of insurance coverage and policies. Who should take this course? Anyone who is interested in becoming a licensed insurance agent, or anyone who wants a better understanding of the insurance industry. The Final Exam is given online. 
 
The State says you must have successfully completed “a 200 hour course in property and casualty insurance, approved by the department, within four (4) years of application date.”  [Requires State Examination] NOTE: F.A.C. rule 69B-227.260, Study Manuals are required for all attendees of a pre-licensing course.

02-15 Life, Health, Variable Annuities Pre-Licensing Course

OLT 0149 This 60-hour course prepares students to take the state examination for one of the following license categories: 2-15, 2-16, 2-18, 2-19, and 2-40 -- to name the most common. Who should attend? Anyone who wishes to sell insurance in any one or combination of these three categories: Life, Health, or Variable Annuity--or who is simply interested in understanding more about their own policies or how to improve them. The Final Exam is given online.

04-40 Registered Customer Service Representative Pre-Licensing Course

OLT0166 This course is approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services for licensure as a Registered Customer Service Representative (RCSR), and is equivalent to the 4-40 license. Work at your own pace with your instructor available via e-mail or telephone. After completing this course, you will receive a certificate of completion which allows you to apply to the Department of Financial Services for your 4-40 license. Various phases of property casualty insurance, health insurance, agency operations and good customer service are among the topics studied.  Completion of this courses waives the student from taking the state licensure exam. This course is delivered entirely online.

4-40 to 2-20 Conversion Pre-Licensing Course

OLT0143 Take all 40 hours online! This is an online class. No Classroom Required. This course is designed to prepare a current Customer Representative (4-40) to become a licensed insurance property and casualty agent (2-20) without the loss of production income and time. Work at your own pace with your instructor available via e-mail. Upon successful completion of this course, you will be eligible to sit for the state examination. This course is designed and taught to comply with the State requirements for General Lines Agents State examination. Topics covered include: Automobile, Property Insurance, Inland Marine, Crime, Workers Compensation, General Liability, Health Insurance, Aviation and State Law. The Final Exam is given online.

 40-Hour Accredited Claims Adjuster Pre-Licensing Online Only Course

 

40-Hour Accredited Claims Adjuster Pre-Licensing Online Only Course

OLT0165 The Florida 40-Hour Accredited Claims Adjuster course is designed as a self-paced course done entirely online. After successfully completing the entire online course and passing a final exam, the candidate may sit for the 3-20, 5-20, and 6-20 Insurance Adjuster designation licensure exam. The course consists of Units 1-8 or Modules A-H and 8 End of Unit Exams. At the end of each unit, there is an End of Unit Exam which is automatically scored. The scores for the unit exams and the final exam will be averaged. To receive a certificate of completion, the candidate must receive a final course average score of seventy (70%).
