Lifetime Sports

Eagle Fitness Center - Recreation Gym - Aerobics Room - Lifetime Sports Lobby - Dance Studio

The Lifetime Sports Complex, which houses the TCC Eagle Fitness Center and Recreation Gym, is the centerpiece of campus recreation at Tallahassee Community College. Various recreational, wellness and fitness activities are offered within the facilities, and serve to enrich the lifestyles of faculty, staff, students, alumni and guests. The majority of the financial support for the Eagle Fitness Center, Recreation Gym and wellness programs come from fees paid by students through the Student Activity and Service Fee.
The Eagle Fitness Center and Recreation Gym are administered through the Office of Campus Recreation, with the goal of providing a safe, secure, positive and enjoyable workout environment for all users of the recreation facilities. All users of the Lifetime Sports Complex are required to follow guidelines designed to support a healthy, safe and secure facility.

The recreation gym has open informal recreation time for basketball, volleyball, table tennis and more. It is also the site for many intramural sports activities such as basketball, volleyball, indoor soccer and indoor flag football. Please visit the Intramurals webpage for additional information.

All activities are free with a validated TCC ID.
