Student Information

For additional information directly from student interns, enjoy this quick YouTube video.
The TCC Internship Program is a professional selection process intended to help students
secure hands-on, real-world experience with companies in their intended major or field.

An internship is a position designed to provide professional training, experience and opportunities for students and adults who wish to learn more about a particular career field or industry. Internships can be paid, unpaid or partially-paid positions that are temporary in nature.
What Should Students Do to Secure an Internship?

Students interested in obtaining an internship should be fully committed to the entire process. Interns are expected to:
  • Complete the online internship application located in FutureLink
  • Submit a current resume to an internship coordinator
  • Meet with an internship coordinator to discuss academic, internship and career goals
