TCC Job Fair
Each Fall and Spring semester the Career Center will bring employers on-campus who are looking to hire TCC's talented students and alumni. These events are normally held in April and November of each year. We welcome all jobseekers in business attire. No jobseeker wearing t-shirts, jeans, shorts or flip flops will be admitted. Please visit www.tccfuturelink.com/events for details on the dress code and a list of registered employers. Job Fairs will be held in the Student Union Ballroom.

Using the internet is a great way to search websites and apply for positions. Below are a list of websites that may be useful in a search:
Going directly to a company to inquire about available positions can yield positive results. In most cases, there are job listings on the company's website and applications available for job seekers to complete onsite. Visiting the company can also give an applicant the edge over the competition. During the visit, an applicant may be able to speak directly to the hiring manager to discuss job opportunities.
Linkedin can provide powerful opportunities to network and find jobs that are not posted publicly. Create an account and use the Linkedin Job Search Checklist.pdf or View a Sample Profile to assist you!

• Customize a profile describing experiences and education, similar to a resume
• Highlight unique strengths and abilities
