Fine and Performing Arts Center rental includes:
  • 490 Seat proscenium theater
  • Truck height loading dock
  • Lobby and ticket booth availability

  • Experienced stagehands

Lifetime Sports Complex rental includes:
  • Space for up to 650 attendees

Capitol Center features include:
  • 1,735 square foot banquet hall
  • Three meeting rooms for various size groups
  • Computer lab with 20 computers
  • Full banquet and catering services available
  • On-site professional event planning staff
  • Extensive audiovisual capabilities and services
  • Business suites with full business service center amenities
  • Downtown location convenient to businesses, restaurants and shops
  • Parking available at the Kleman Plaza Parking Garage
