TCC ALERT! Campus Closure Due to Tropical Storm Hermine
Due to Tropical Storm Hermine, the College will be closed Thursday, September 1, and Friday, September 2. HCP clinicals will also be closed. Classes and normal operations will resume on Tuesday, September 6. The Florida Public Safety Institute will remain open until further notice. Go to for more information.

Administrative Services

The Office of the Vice President for Administrative Services and CFO has responsibility for the following areas:

Auxiliary Services 

Budget Office

The Office of Budget & Cost Analysis primary mission is to facilitate the optimal use of College financial resources in order to achieve the goals outlined in the College's strategic plan and to facilitate the budgeting, reporting and analysis of such resources.

Business Office

The Business Office supports the College's mission by providing our students, faculty, and customers with prompt responses to inquiries and supplying instruction and oversight of the College's general accounting functions.

Cashier's Office

The Cashier's Office is dedicated to providing assistance, while accurately maintaining each student's financial account.  Information regarding tuition, fees, refunds and Florida's Prepaid Plan Program can be received in this office .

Contracts & Grants 

The Contracts & Grants (C&G) team supports TCC's resource development and management efforts.  The team's mission is to serve the educational needs of TCC's diverse community through the effective development and management of external fundraising initiatives that support institutional priorities.

Financial Aid & Scholarship Office

The Financial Aid Department at TCC is to help provide you with accurate and complete information in a courteous environment.  Our staff will make every effort to address your specific situation and questions, including the resources necessary to successfully apply for, and receive financial aid.

Human Resources

The Human Resources Department at TCC offers information and resources to assist both potential employees and current members of our faculty and staff

Mail and Courier Service

Information on TCC's Mail Processing Center and Courier Service.

Physical Plant & Facilities Planning

The purpose of the Department is to provide a superior physical environment to support the educational mission of the College, accomplished through innovative planning, quality construction, and pro-active maintenance and upkeep of College facilities.

Police Department

TCC's Police Department (TCCPD) supports the mission of TCC by promoting a safe and secure environment for higher education.  TCCPD combines proactive, reactive and educational law enforcement services for our campus where diverse social, cultural, and academic values are allowed to develop and prosper.  Environmental Health and Safety is also located in this area.

Purchasing Department

The Purchasing Department at TCC is charged with managing the acquisition of commodities and services necessary to meet the College's requirements.  All of the members in the Purchasing Department are devoted to fostering a mutually beneficial and cooperative relationship between TCC staff and our suppliers.

Administrative Service's purpose is to promote efficient and effective services to all constituents.​
