Center for Instructional Technology
The Center for Instructional Technology is responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and support of all classroom media technology systems. The majority of classrooms on campus are permanently equipped with projection systems and other audiovisual equipment.
Using the Classroom Technology
Your Division Office can provide a key to enable access to the AV equipment in the bunker.
Training is required before technology classrooms may be used. CIT will also provide training any time a “refresher” is needed. In addition to one-on-one training, group training sessions are available. Please contact CIT at (850) 201-8388 to schedule a hands-on training session.
If there are technical problems using the AV equipment, please contact CIT as soon as possible. Press speed dial button labeled "AV Helpdesk" on the classroom telephone to reach CIT. If calling from a cell phone, CIT can be reached at (850) 201-8388.
CIT’s service desk will make solving the reported issue our highest priority. In most cases, a technician will arrive within five to ten minutes of the call for help.
