Requirements

Before you get started, make sure you meet the following requirements.

  • You are just getting started. Must be entering TCC with 15 credit hours or less.
Note- You may still be considered for TCC2UWF with over 15 credit hours of Dual Enrollment, AP, or IB credit.
  • You are college-ready. Placement test scores have you entering directly into ENC1101 (College Composition) and MAT 1033 (Intermediate Algebra) or a higher-level math.
  • You plan to transfer after graduation. Must be enrolling as an A.A. degree-seeking student with plans to transfer to UWF after earning an A.A. Degree from TCC. You cannot be attending TCC for only one semester before transferring.
  • You meet the milestones. If bringing in credits (dual enrollment, AP or IB), then those classes must meet UWF’s milestones as classes in the degree program.

You also must be willing to attend TCC2UWF special events, orientation and advising with TCC and UWF advisors to stay on track and earn your degree.

If you don’t meet these requirements, there are still many other available options for transferring after graduation. Visit the Advising Center and talk with an advisor about your academic plans to find out more.
