2024 Open Enrollment
October 2nd - 20th, 2023
This is your once-a-year opportunity to make changes to your benefits, without a Qualifying Event. During Open Enrollment you can:
- Add, cancel, or change your coverage
- Add or remove eligible family members
- Enroll or re-enroll in the Health Care and/or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts
Remember you must elect benefits during Open Enrollment; your benefits will not roll from year to year.
Benefits Fair
We are excited to bring back our Benefit Fair this year! It will be held on October 5th, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Workforce Development ballroom. Capital Health Plan, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Standard, MMI, financial wellness providers, and campus organizations will be on site. If there is a particular vendor you would like to see, please reach out to Human Resources, Sandy Martin.

Benefits Sessions
If you are unable to attend the Benefit Fair and would like more information, our Human Resources department is offering open sessions for those who would like to come by and talk with a human resource representative. The sessions are scheduled as follows:
