Right now you can change someone’s life. We are asking alumni and friends to make ONE donation, no matter the size, to help make a difference in a student’s life. We are asking you to:

Be the ONE. Make the Difference.

Our students have worked hard to get to college and they work hard while they are here. We are committed to offering as many scholarships as we can to help them get into school, stay in school, stay the course, and reach their goals. One donation can buy a textbook, pay for a class or even cover the full cost of tuition for a student in need.

Help support scholarships for remarkable TCC students like these:

Caylan Roberts

Caylan is a former medic in the Navy Reserves. She is studying nursing at TCC and is a member of the TCC Moore Veterans Leadership Academy which gives student veterans the opportunity to build leadership skills on campus and in the community. “The nursing program is very rigorous. The scholarships are able to help me focus my attention on school.”

Gerald Lacey

“I came here with no money and a pair of busted up shoes. A TCC scholarship literally changed my life.” Gerald was unemployed and homeless after the recession. At 45 he enrolled at TCC and is now an honors student with a perfect GPA. Gerald hopes to transfer to the FAMU School of Business and Industry and eventually earn a doctorate degree at the Harvard Business School.

Trenton Wallace

Trenton is a first-generation college student from a single parent home. His tuition and books are completely covered by scholarships and without the those scholarships he would not be able to afford college. Trenton is a talented vocalist and pianist who plans to study music education. “Music has helped me, and I want to see people who have had troubles like mine be able to connect with it.”

Beatrice Beverly

Beatrice tried college before, but could not afford to stay in school. Now, because of a TCC scholarship she has a second chance to get an education and build a career. “TCC’s truck driving program is a way to provide a stable income for my family in a short amount of time. After I save enough money, I want to come back and get my A.S. degree in business management.”
