Cleaver & Cork
Cleaver and Cork is Tallahassee Community College (TCC) Foundation’s signature culinary experience, and in its fourth year, it will feature the culinary talents of Iron Chef, restauranteur, author and Food Network personality Alex Guarnaschelli.
The evening will celebrate the very essence of the region – a four-course meal highlighting locally sourced ingredients from North Florida and South Georgia, topped off with an abundance of southern hospitality. Each course will also be paired with sommelier-selected wines from around the world.
The TCC Foundation is passionate about creating opportunity for students to define and reach their education and career goals. Cleaver & Cork was born from this as the Foundation works to further elevate educational program opportunities, scholarships, and teaching and learning facilities.
