Staying at FPSI

The Florida Public Safety Housing, Inc. (PSAH) operates a 200-room housing facility at the Institute to provide on-site housing for the Institute's various training programs.  

All rooms have a television, data port, wireless service, private restroom, refrigerator, and a lockable drawer for valuables.  Bring a padlock to secure your valuables in the drawer.  

We offer:

• On-site single occupancy housing for $36.00 per night.
• Double occupancy rooms for $29.00 per night per person. 
• K9 Lodging for specialized training programs for $46.00 per night.

K9 lodging guests are responsible for providing all bed linens (twin-size beds), pillows, towels, washcloths, and all necessary pet items (crates are required). Guests are required to clean up after their K9s (inside or outside) and always keep the dog within their control.  

All non-agency individuals can book and pay here. If you need a group added to the portal, please contact melode.parks@tcc.fl.edu. 

Green Lodging

PSAH has proudly been a member of the  Florida Green Lodging Program, a voluntary initiative of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) that designates and recognizes lodging facilities committed to conserving and protecting Florida’s natural resources, since 2011.

Dining

The on-site dining facility seats 600 and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You may purchase a meal plan for just $34.00 per day.

At each meal, we offer the option of:

• A freshly cooked, hot entree created by our chef
• Sandwiches made to order
• Or a soup and salad bar. 

We also offer meals to go and accommodation for any dietary requirement.
